Become a Sitter

Sitters with Love My Sitter enjoy a wonderful and very fulfilling job. Our sitters enjoy providing individualized childcare to our families in their home where you are one on one with the children and are able to plan the day around their needs. Sitters enjoy a flexible schedule and a very rewarding position. We offer ongoing training and support and are involved on a daily basis with our sitters. We become true team players all working together to make sure our families are well taken care of.

To become a sitter with our agency you must meet certain requirements:

• You MUST have a love for children, fun loving personality and be extremely responsible and safety conscious.
• You must be over 18 years of age
• You must have childcare experience (nanny, babysitter, daycare worker,etc) and verifiable references to support such.
• You must complete and submit the sitter application available here for download.
• Once your application is reviewed if the agency feels you meet the qualifications you will then be contacted for a personal interview.
• After a successful interview, background checks will be run and references thoroughly checked.
• Once you have successfully made it through these steps you will then be offered an opportunity to join our roster, at which time proof of CPR/first aid certification will be necessary to begin.
