Love My Sitter, MS Gulf Coast began serving families in May of 2008 and has steadily grown to become the premier childcare provider in the region. Owner, Michele Cardenez, is a mom herself who takes great care in the day to day running of the business. Her goal is to ensure that our families are provided with excellent childcare and have all their scheduling needs met while also providing ongoing support to our wonderful sitters.
As parents, we all have times when we need a great sitter and don’t know where to turn or who to trust. That’s where we come in. Love My Sitter is here whenever you need us- simply call and we will have a responsible, caring sitter there when you need one. To ensure the quality of care that meets our standards, sitters looking to work with our agency are carefully selected and must meet certain criteria.
- Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
- They must complete a very thorough application detailing childcare experience. All sitters working with our agency are required to have extensive childcare experience with verifiable references that are thoroughly checked.
- Personal interviews are conducted.
- Background checks are run on each perspective sitter and must come back clear.
- CPR and first aid certification is also required of each applicant. Such certifications are renewed on a yearly basis and copies are kept on file with our office.
